High Level Mobility and Running Program

​     What is High Level Mobility?
  • Turning
  • Navigating uneven terrain
  • Negotiating curbs, obstacles, steps and ramps
  • Stepping backwards and sideways
  • Jumping, bounding, hopping and running
  • Climbing stairs and hills
  • Throwing, kicking and catching balls
     Why Progress Beyond Walking?

 Referral
Individuals, their Medical Practitioner (GP or Specialist), Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist can refer to this program. 
All participants require prior assessment by our Physiotherapist, to confirm suitability.


It is recommended that participants be able to walk at least 10m unaided (without walking stick or frame).
